Healthy Hoedown Potluck & Dance

Folklore Village’s Healthy Hoedowns are fun-filled evenings of traditional American dances, including old-time squares, New England contras, and Appalachian, Southern, and Midwestern big circles. No experience or special costume required. Families and beginners are always welcome! The June 10 Healthy Hoedown will feature live music by the Madison-based band The Barley Brothers. Dance caller Sean Fen will lead dancers of all levels around the dance floor. The evening starts with a potluck at 6:00pm. Dancing will follow at approximately 7:15pm. Admission is $10 adults, $8 seniors & teens, $5 kids (under 5 admitted free). Bring the gang: Family admission is capped at $25.
