Folklore Village Celebrates Founder Jane Farwell’s Birthday with Community Festivities

Folklore Village cordially invites the public to a very special evening honoring the life and legacy of our founder, Jane Farwell. In celebration of Jane’s birthday, we will gather on January 18th for a community potluck, lively dancing, music, and games, all in the warm spirit she championed throughout her lifetime.

Jane Night is an annual tradition that begins at 6:00pm with a potluck supper—please bring a favorite dish to share. After dinner, join us for dancing, music, and folk games reminiscent of the community-focused fun Jane instilled at Folklore Village. Volunteer musicians are encouraged and welcome to participate in the Folklore Village Band, adding their own flair to this time-honored celebration.
