Our Food Trucks are at the mercy of weather. Nobody wants to eat a soggy Nachos Deluxe at a muddy picnic table. Likewise, only a handful of people would trudge through rain and puddles to get a Big Burrito they have to eat in freezing temperatures.
We can control our food quality, but we can’t control the weather.
