Does your business or your client’s business need a business succession plan for transfer of the business to a third party not related to the owner or the business?  This will be a special focus of this month’s presentation!

Do you want to better understand the issues and questions to consider when developing a business succession plan, regardless of who will receive the business?  This month is also for you!  This month the special focus will be on understanding a small business purchase from both the buyer’s perspective and the seller’s perspective.  Understand what to look for in protecting your own interests as well as how to address the legitimate interests of the opposing party.
