Join Mary Hall RYT-200 on December 12th, 2021, to participate in a two-hour workshop to learn how to move through stressful situations with confidence, calm, and ease. What you can expect from our time together: 

  1. Learn techniques to cultivate a different mindset about stress.
  2. Understand how to distinguish between helpful and unhelpful stress.  
  3. Practice specific movement and breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to relieve unhelpful stress
