Scandihoovian Winter Festival: Adult Spelling Bee
Sharpen your wits and prepare for a challenge as we honor the age-old tradition of word mastery with a lively Adult Spelling Bee! This lighthearted event promises fun for both contestants and spectators as we test knowledge and celebrate Scandinavian heritage with a little playful competition.
- When: Saturday, February 8, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM
- Participant Fee: $15 (Spaces are limited—register early!)
- Audience Fee: $2 Suggested Donation
Whether you’re a seasoned wordsmith or just looking for an afternoon of hearty laughter, this is the event for you. Contestants must be 18 years or older—not because of anything risqué, but because there’s nothing quite like watching adults stumble over tricky words.
Pre-registration is preferred but can walk in for both participants and audience members. Join us for a celebration of wit and community that’s sure to warm up a chilly Scandihoovian afternoon!
