Taking It to the Next Level: Thriving in the Face of Adversity

Upland Hills Health will be hosting a Student-Athlete event for local area high school athletes currently in grades 8th-11th. UW-Madison student-athletes, Kerry Kodanko (Football), Brooke Kuffel (Softball), Riley Mahlman (Football), Nolan Winter (Men’s Basketball), and Drew Stover (Women’s Soccer) will join motivational speaker Yvette Healy, UW Badgers Head Softball coach to speak on thriving in the face of adversity.

Yvette Healy is a former collegiate All-American softball second baseman and current head coach at UW-Madison. This spring, Healy enters her fourteenth season at the helm of the program with the highest winning percentage of any UW coach in the program’s 28-year history.

Joining the athletes, we will also have professionals from Upland Hills Health Orthopedics and Therapy and Wellness Department to be available for questions. During this event, we will have breakout sessions for athletes to interact with their favorite UW athletes.

There will be light refreshments, swag bags, photo op’s, and autograph sessions. Athletes and teams that wear their school apparel will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
