Location: Cave of the Mounds – National Natural Landmark

Job Summary:
Our Surface Crew (Front Desk, Admissions, Retail)  acts as the first point of contact for any and all guests that come to visit us. These team members operate solely on the surface all across the main area of our park grounds and within our Visitor Center and Cave Entrance Building. 

No previous experience is required. All training is provided.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the sale of goods and services in the gift shop 

• Welcoming visitors to the site and providing information and guidance 

• General cleaning and maintenance of the gift shop buildings

• Providing exceptional service to guests across the property at all times

Requirements for This Position include:

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time 

• Ability to lift 30lbs 

• Good level of comfort when speaking or working with guests 

• At least 14 years of age

• Ability to pass a standard background check
